In my family I’m the unknown child: the unimpressive one. In my family I’m in the middle of two boys: two perfect brothers. There’s my older brother, intelligence beyond belief, combined with artistic capabilities and physical strength the perfect older brother: he skipped a grade when he was younger and right now he’s at west point academy (one of the most elite colleges in the US) and he has possibly one of the brightest futures ahead of him.
Then there’s my younger brother: his physical capabilities in sports are phenomenal, just the other day he hit a homerun in his baseball game and then he hit another one the next game. He’s also incredible smart for his age: he’s already surpassed me on many academic levels and he continues to do so. His future is just as bright as my older brothers.
It pisses me off! They both have never had to really try and they’ve already succeeded at life. Both of them are tall skinny smart athletic guys and I’m here being all medium height bigger dumber and less athletic.
Sometimes I feel like when are pArents introduce us to people the people will be introduced tony brothers and then to me and they look at me for a min and then focus all there attention on my brothers. It sucks I mean the only thing I’m good at is drawing and writing but when I tell people I want to go into a carrer involving those they say “oh how nice” but there Probobly thinking ‘she’s Probobly not able to get a good job’
Like I couldn’t get a job as a nurse or a lawyer if I wanted to but that’s the thing I don’t want to. So it frustrating having people compare me to my brothers and thinking I’m nothing compared to them.
Even. now I’ve started to compare myself to my brothers

And what I’ve seen isn’t doing anything for my confidence
